“Exterior works on the Yorkshire Arboretum have progressed well, with scaffolding removed from the outside in November. We are now now beginning to work on the interior finishing with the project set to be completed in early 2021.”
“This was a challenging project with a tight site located in the centre of Driffield, meaning we had to plan our works carefully around site. The new church will be heated using a ground source heat pump, which was a fairly unusual aspect of the scheme and involved a complex installation. “Building work started in January last year, with initial completion date set for May 2020. However, due to Coronavirus outbreak, building work was suspended in March. Following guidance from the government and maintaining a Covid secure site, we returned to site at the beginning of May and the building was completed at end of July.”
